Responsibilities
•Monitor and Execute the Delivery tools issuance and receiving (Physically to/from Drivers) from the company warehouse.
•Reflect the Delivery tools movements into the warehousing system (Al-Ameen) per store.
•Monitor MABCO stock, and ensure the proper reflection into the warehousing system.
•Conduct monthly stock counting, reconcile the results with the warehousing system and report the results to the direct supervisor.
•Manage the fixing and disposal of Delivery tools, and follow up the issuance and receiving process of the broken items.
•Ensure the proper fixing of the Delivery tools.
•Support and facilitate the auditors' mission in counting and documenting the Year-end stock.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor Degree - Accounting
Knowledge and skills
1- Knowledge:
- Warehousing management principles.
- ABC warehousing accounting process.
2- Computer Skills:
Microsoft office mainly Excel, Word, Outlook and Power point.
Technical Skills
Language:
- Arabic is mandatory
- English is preferred
Personnel Skills:
Behavioral Qualities:
- Team Player - Details Oriented
- Achiever - Good communication skill
