Responsibilities
Networks:
- Build up close and cooperative network with all workers and youth .
- Build up friendly relations and respect with all employees of the organization.
- Submit reports to the youth facility supervisor.

Authorities and responsibilities:
- Work according to a comprehensive documentation and classification system for all activities, programs and plans for the facility and for youngsters.
- Achieve high standards of work in cooperation with youth facility supervisor.
- Achieve high and continuous levels of work by preparing and updating individual plans for youth in cooperation with the youth facility supervisor.

Ensure that financial resources are used appropriately and effectively:
- Assist the youth facility supervisor in preparing the annual budget for the facility.
- Review monthly income and spending data related to the facility in corporation with youth facility supervisor, and bring his/her attention to any exceeding of permissible limit.
- Ensure that the youth facility operates as economically as possible, and in proportion to the annual budget allocations.
- Ensure that funds, checks and accounting records are put in safe closed place even in his/her absence.
- Ensure that all donations received, whether in cash or in kind, are recorded. and use them as allocated.
- Ensure the implementation of the financial policies prepared by the association. and commitment to it within the youth facility.

Completion of detailed financial tasks:
- Manage and control youth facility accounts and available cash.
- Make the necessary entries in the expense book record when funds are paid and / or received, and prepare the monthly settlement statement for the financial officer.
- Send a statement record of the funds needed to run the youth facility to the financial officer.
- Submit the monthly record, cash register, receipts and payment statement to the financial officer every month. Keep copies of the documents before sending them to the National Youth Coordinator.

Share some administrative tasks based on youth facility supervisor request:
- Monitor and supervise the monthly household allowances, clothing allocations, and any other funds, and ensure that the funds are used taking into consideration the youngsters best interest .
- Monthly registration in youth facility registry from various banks to estimate the monthly budget
- Organize the evaluation and keep in-kind donations in cooperation with the youth facility supervisor.
- Ensure that the fixed assets of the house are recorded in its registry upon receipt.

Work as an assistant to the youth facility supervisor:
- He/she should support youth facility supervisor when needed and take his/her place in his/her absences.
- During the absence or departure of the youth facility supervisor, the supervisor assistant must reside at the facility and carry out the duties of the facility supervisor. (accommodation 2 days per week)

To ensure the creation of a suitable environment for work, play and family life:
- Organize home activities related to gardening, maintenance, cleaning and other services.

Child Safeguarding:
- Child protection is everyone's responsibility
- Protect the child and the young from all forms of abuse, neglect, abandonment, violence, discrimination and maltreatment.
- Report any CS suspicion , concern or abuse or incident immediately to one of the local and / or national child protection committees or to his direct supervisor following Child Safeguarding reporting procedures



Qualifications
- University degree in Social Sciences , Sociology, Psychology, or any relevant field.
- One year of proven experience in similar responsibilities in childcare or youth development program.
