Core Purpose of The Job:
Monitor and closely manage the following L&D activities:
• Training Budgeting
• TNA
• Sourcing & Vendor Management
• MTN Academy Training
• E-learning
• Training Reporting
Requirements Task Complexity:
*Build the training budget for the following year using historical data, projections, and other available information.
*Conduct a thorough analysis for learning & development needs to help set up the plan for the coming year.
*Study, compile and consolidate the findings of the learning needs analysis, and present to CHRO.
*Identify the best channels to source the identified needs and manage vendors effectively.
*Negotiate the delivery of an MTN training program in the country when MTN Syria’s employees are of significant percentage.
*Manage all e-learning tools provided by MTN as a way to enhance the learning process and make it possible for all employees to learn anytime and anywhere.
*Incorporate e-live courses within the learning & development plan through managing a KPI on all line managers to assign courses according to the development plans of their direct reports.
*Report on all e-learning taken places by employees and make the e-learning a prerequisite in all possible cases prior to related ILT learning solutions.
*Deliver on all monthly, quarterly, yearly, and Ad-hoc reports on time and with high quality.

*Minimum:4 Years university degree from Accredited University (Professional Certification from accredited body is a plus for Associate holders)
*Specialization: Human Resources or Business Administration
*Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English
Experience :
*Minimum:5 years experience in a area of specialization; with experience in supervising/managing others
Experience working in a medium to large organization
*Minimum:4 Years university degree from Accredited University (Professional Certification from accredited body is a plus for Associate holders)
*Specialization: Human Resources or Business Administration
*Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English
Experience :
