Core Purpose of The Job:
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Leadership and Management Development function within the Human Resources. He / She will be responsible for the strategic direction and project management for the enterprise-wide Performance Management Process. This role will ensure the performance Management is being leveraged to drive organizational results.
Task Complexity:
*Support planning the company performance through cascading the group KPIs down to divisions/ department heads to ensure 100% alignment with the overall objectives.
*Determine metrics and reports needed to measure success.
*Conduct the needed presentations, training and consulting regarding PM process to ensure effective implementation of PM best practices among staff and leaders Partner with HRMS to deliver the customized HRIS PM cycle.
*Layout the process for all phases of the PM process (Planning, Midyear Review, Final Review).
*Use the GCA PM related results in order to develop an action plan for continuous improvement.
*Review the KPIs of the Managers, Senior Managers and staff to ensure SMART KPIs are in place.
*Ensure all materials are regularly updated on our intranet site (MTN Portal).
*Monitor the process agreements signed for the new employees, transferred/promoted employees and follow up the appraisals of the old positions of the employees transferred.
*Monitor and follow up the completion of appraisals in the IPF Cycles (Contracting, Mid-year review, Final Review).
*Monitor and follow up the completion of the appraisals.
*Prepare reports related to the signed agreements and conducted appraisals.
*Deliver the staff IDPs to the Talent Management dept in order to assist them in identifying the training needs.
*Prepare the team agreements as well executives individual target agreements.
*Report the actual results for team agreements to CEO on a quarterly basis.
*Prepare an annual overall report that contains a detailed analysis of all staff IPF results.
*Facilitate solutions for the IPF grievances.

*Minimum:4 Years university degree from Accredited University (Professional Certification from accredited body is a plus for Associate holders)
*Specialization: Human Resources or Business Administration
*Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English.
Experience:
*Minimum:5 years’ experience in a area of specialization; with experience in supervising/managing others
Experience working in a medium to large organization
*Minimum:4 Years university degree from Accredited University (Professional Certification from accredited body is a plus for Associate holders)
*Specialization: Human Resources or Business Administration
*Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English.
Experience:
*Minimum:5 years’ experience in a area of specialization; with experience in supervising/managing others
