Responsibilities
We are looking to employ an HR coordinator with good verbal and interpersonal communication skills. An HR coordinator is expected to have organizational and time management skills. You will have excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and work in flexible environment.
To ensure success, HR coordinators should display deep understanding of labor law, recruitment process and payroll.
1.Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
2. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
3. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
4. Perform orientations, prepare contracts, and update records of new staff.
5. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
6.Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or human resources or related (essential).
• 3 years of experience as an HR coordinator (essential).
• Exposure to Labor Law and
• Exposure to HR software system is an advantage.
• Effective HR administration skills.
• Exposure to payroll practices.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
