Responsibilities
1. Assist the HR manager in following up on the organizational structure adjustments of the Governorate on an ongoing basis according to the transfers, changes, restructuring and other decisions taken by the Management
2. Consolidate the staffing needs of the departments and programs in the governorate and ensure compliance to the established procedures
3. Follow-up on the announcement of the required vacancies in accordance with the plan and the approved positions, update the CVs database according to the agreed-upon criteria, communicate with internal and external candidates, and promote the values and cultures of Trust.
4. Conduct preliminary interviews for the shortlisted candidates and provide initial evaluations to assist the HR manager and department managers in selecting the best candidate.
5. Follow up on contacting rejected candidates and apologize by email or phone, according to work requirements to best promote the values and cultures of Trust.
6. Archive and document the recruitment stages and coordinate with the Executive Management to update and link the data.
7. Prepare and issue recruitment reports and department performance indicators.
8. Follow-up and ensure completion of all procedures related to the employee from the date of appointment to the date of separation
9. Prepare letters of experience and letters of recommendation for employees within the governorate
10. Periodically update employee’s data on the human resources system and shared files
11. Prepare periodic and required reports
12. Follow up and scrutinize contracts for trainers and teachers in community beacons, prepare their payroll sheets and ensure compliance with the policy of their contracts
13. Archive all documents and records of the employee electronically or on paper according to the work requirements
14. Provide necessary support to the HR department as per required and assist in any other tasks as required by his/her department, and propose suggestions that may improve work conduct
15. Act as a liaison officer between the employee and the central compensation and benefits department in all matters related to medical insurance, social security insurance, social employees fund, etc...

Qualifications
Minimum Two years in administrative work and at least one year experience in the field of HR.
