•Setup, implement and review appropriate systems and method for training needs analysis.
•Analyze, design and develop, coordinate delivery, review and evazuation of training.
•Arrange, create, produce and distribute training-related material and facilitate as required.
•Organize, administer and set up training programs and events as required.
•Coordinate and conduct induction programs for new employees.
•Maintain bank’s training materials and library.
•Prepare on the job training plans and follow-up on their completion.
• Prepare monthly HR Reports as requested.
•Prepare presentations as requested.
•Maintain an update training providers list that includes a list of all possible courses and providers.
•Coordinate with external providers (TA) regarding training programs/ workshops.
•Follow up with trainers and conduct training courses, evaluate training courses effectiveness.

•University Degree in economics, finance, or business administration or related field
•At least (2) years experience in the Training, HR or any relevant field.
•Good communication skills, Good organization and follow-up, customer service skill, accuracy, archiving, Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office), good English level writing and speaking is preferred.
•Flexibility, Integrity, Enthusiasm towards work, Confidentiality, ability to discover mistakes and correct and ability to work under stress.
•The ability to travel inside Syria.
•The applicant must be a resident of the governorate in which the employment will be made.
•The (male) applicant must have finished or be exempted from the compulsory military service.
•The applicant must have the Syrian Arab nationality.
•At least (2) years experience in the Training, HR or any relevant field.
