Responsibilities
• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Work with Marketing team to produce final design.
• Test graphics across various media.
• Amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Qualifications
o 2 - 3 years of experience in graphic design.
o Proven graphic designing experience.
o A portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
o Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
o A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
o Excellent communication skills.
o Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
