Responsibilities
1. Review, check and comprehend business process models provided by business process analysis section to be transformed into executable models.
2. Design, implement and customize business process flows, forms, packages and reports.
3. Implement integrations between business process solutions and software applications.
4. Implement approved business process digital transformation change requests.
5. Review, categorize, initially diagnose, resolve or reassign and follow up incidents reported by users and as per the service catalog of Business Process Automation Section.
6. Log business process problem resolution to the knowledge database.
7. Report unresolved incidents/service requests to concerned parties.
8. Participate in business process reengineering and develop best solution.
9. Participate in developing disaster recovery plans in coordination with Business Continuity Section and Risk Management Section to maintain service availability of implemented business processes.
10. Monitor running business processes logs and performance to maintain business process availability and reliability.
11. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
12. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering / IT Engineering (Software/ Information Systems) is required.
2. Experience: 1 Year of software information technology experience is a plus.
3. Professional Certification: ITIL Foundation/ BPM / eTOM is a plus.
