Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent service to Syriatel Sales Channels and ensure availability of Syriatel products and services in the market.
2. Schedule monthly visit plan based on the monthly roadmap, conduct visits accordingly and register data on related system.
3. Monitor sales process and follow up sales target of each area by motivating Syriatel sales channels to increase their sales.
4. Keep sales channels aware with all Syriatel services and products.
5. Contribute in increasing the number of sales channels in line with Syriatel strategy.
6. Report any fraud cases to management to ensure that all activities are aligned with Syriatel polices.
7. Convey and report sales channels complaints/suggestions and provide the suitable solutions.
8. Monitor and report the branding status / activities of competitors to direct line of authority.
9. Monitor Syriatel branding status at sales channels according to Syriatel standards in terms of quantity and Quality.
10. Perform a daily stock-take for stock & balance and inform HOS about any fault.
11. Provide Syriatel Channels with the needed stock based on minimum stock level.
12. Handle and evaluate all received requests from the market to join Syriatel sales channels.
13. Handle all sales channels daily request and keep sales channels data updated on the related system.
14. Participate in checking indoor/outdoor coverage, voice quality… etc upon request from Geo Marketing team and provide the needed feedback accordingly.
15. Provide support for any outdoor issues requested by management.
16. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
17. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
18. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
