Responsibilities
Objective 1: Office Support/Communication:

Support in organizing meetings and prepare minutes of meetings

Support in organizing of workshops and trainings when requested

Prepare minutes and notes from external meetings and ensure minutes are validated and circulated for all departments under supervision of Liaison officer

Objective 2: Archiving

Maintain files and records of memoranda, outgoing correspondence donor correspondence and reporting

Maintain control records on incoming correspondence documents and follows up on them to ensure timely reply or action taking.

Ensure files and communication incoming and out-going, are registered, translated from Arabic to English and vice versa, and updated orderly

Ensures that files include all required documents, and all documents are properly signed

Objective 3: Translation

Ensures high level translation of all documents (agreements, letters, and etc)

Ensure all received documents/approvals are translated and disseminated to concerned staff

Qualifications
-Degree in English literature is a plus or any relevant field,
-3-4 year working Experience in an Administrative role
-Humanitarian sector knowledge and experience Is a plus
-Experience in professional translation

Specific Vacancy Requirements
-very good level in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, web applications
-Excellent level in English (advanced level)
-Mobility (inside & out side of Syria)

Salary and Benefits
Contract period: 6 months renewable base on Action Against Hunger fund and performance.

Salary/benefits: According to Action Against Hunger's salary scale and terms and conditions.

Duty station: Damasucs
