Responsibilities
We are looking to employ an HR coordinator to support other HR team members on different aspect of HR activities, particularly on recruitment related process, other tasks can be assigned from personnel and payroll department.

1. Assist with the recruitment process by scanning C. Vs, Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
2. performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
3. Perform orientations, and update records on HR systems of new staff.
4. Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
5. Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
6. Provide assistance to all HR team members on different HR issues.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related human resources certificates.
- 2+ years of experience in HR function (essential).
- Exposure on Labor Law.
- Exposure to HR software system is an advantage.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office.
