Responsibilities
Working with partners (local and International) to ensure finalizing agreement requirements
Supports specific projects in all the phases of the partnering process: exploration, the proposal writing, negotiation with partners, budget preparation and review of partnership agreements;
Facilitates key relationships between the organization and the partners and ensure maintaining and enhancing good relationships with partners.
Preparing Minutes of Meeting with the partners, follow up action points and ensure closing any pending case or item(s).
Advise the organization to expand the funding opportunities.
Negotiates with partners;
Helps in the preparation of the budget (particularly with respect to cost-recovery);
Supports the monitoring and administration of the project and relationship management;
Supports the reporting to the partners

Qualifications
MBA or Master’s degree in a discipline related to finance or Marketing
At least three years of related experience including a background in research, business and/or international development.
Experience in project planning and management.
