Responsibilities
1- Prepare the required Journal Vouchers of General Ledger and Fixed Assets based on approved supporting documents for proper period-end closing.
2- Help with accounting planning and office business procedures.
3- Review accounting records of receipts and expenses.
4- Preparation of payments, purchases, cash, and related vouchers.
5- Review purchase orders, vouchers, claims, invoices, data and similar documents.
6- Follow-up and matching of the debit and the credit.
7- Matching the bank accounts.
8- Coordination with the administrative and technical department regarding the liquidation of the advances of work.
9- Prepare transactions related to General Ledger as per instructions and submit for approval.
10- Handle Chart of Accounts (COA) maintenance through receiving and reviewing COA update requests.
11- Monitoring all accounting movements, bank movements, and balances, and sending them to the financial manager on a daily basis.

Qualifications
1- University degree in economics (financial and accounting majors) or its equivalent.
2- At least two years of experience in the same field.
3- Very Good in English and Arabic.
4- Experience working on accounting software.
5- Advanced skills using MS Office programs.
