Responsibilities
Task Complexity:
*Comply with Company/Division policy and procedures.
*Verify invoices from service providers and suppliers prior to payment.
*Daily follow up projects progress with the team.
*Respond to urgent & VIP requests.
*Facilitating CC projects & demands.
*Maintain and improve the expertise needed for day-to-day management of maintenance and service works and monitor the activities related to construction works and repairs for company offices and warehouses.
*Manage and monitor the section personnel, in particular direct subordinates, and set competence development plans.
*Ensure that the property is safe and properly maintained; routinely inspect the grounds, facilities, and equipment.
*Plan for the best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organize current premises.
*Managing MTN premises.
*Responding to emergencies 24/7.
*Compile and prepare reports and special reports, keeping accurate, up-to-date records.

*Education:
Minimum: University degree from Accredited University (Professional Certification from accredited body is a plus for Associate holders)
Specialization: Civil Engineering
Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English
*Experience:
*Minimum: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a area of specialization; with experience in supervising/managing others
Experience working in a medium to large organization
Minimum: University degree from Accredited University (Professional Certification from accredited body is a plus for Associate holders)
Specialization: Civil Engineering
Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English
*Experience:
*Minimum: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a area of specialization; with experience in supervising/managing others
