Responsibilities
- Preparing the scientific material and bringing examples and presenting them to the organization’s office, which should contain at least: definition of the solar energy system - the use of solar energy in water stations - designing a solar energy system for a water station of 160 m3 / h - troubleshooting and repairing - periodic maintenance and care of the solar energy system - matters Affecting the efficiency of the solar energy system - examples of positive use of the solar energy system in water stations….
- Preparing the attendance schedule of the trainees and facilitators of the training
- Preparing the presentation for the workshop, presenting it to the Infrastructure Officer and discussing it
- Conducting the initial test for the participants in the training before the start of the training.
- Carrying out the final test for the participants in the training after completing the training.
- Providing the organization’s office in Deir ez-Zor with the results through written reports
- Building and maintaining good relationships with Stakeholders and other parties on the training
- Follow up on the progress of training implementation based on the implementation time plan.
- Inform the line manager in Medair of all-important matters or possible modifications in the training design and obtain approvals of the required modifications in writing.
- Taking training photos as part of the process of documenting the work completed and sending them by e-mail to Medair's office in Deir Ezzor upon request.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Two years of experience at least in the field of training on solar energy projects.
• Ability to use the applications of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook …) and AutoCAD
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic, Good written and spoken English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Specific Vacancy Requirements
The successful applicant will lead to a position in the talent pool. The applicant in the talent pool will be contacted for short-term Contracts based on the required capacity for project activities.

Salary and Benefits
Salary and conditions will be in accordance with Medair Salary Scale for Short Term / Project Based Staff
