Responsibilities
• Responsible for the whole project cycle; (project proposals, drawings, revise structural design, develops bills of quantities, requests for tender, contracts, etc.)
• Continuously, monitor and evaluate the work and procgress of the projects. .
• Responsible for the implementation of the project and supervise the contractors working on the sites.
• Maintain regular contacts and collaboration withthe Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) branch in Hassakeh and ensure the smooth coordination of the work with other colleagues.
• Responsible for the administrative and logistical tasks.
• Translate documents from English into Arabic and vice versa and Interpret for the international staff.
• Keep all the files updated


Qualifications
• University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Field Engineering projects.
• Excellent command (spoken and written) of English and Arabic.
• Proficient in use of drawing software if working in construction and hydraulic engineering.
• Proficient in use of AutoCAD and MS project-management suite or equivalent.
• Knowledge of water and sanitation or construction engineering is an asset.
