•Call and respond to customer’s questions on a daily base and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
•Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies
•Inform customers updates and information about new products
•Conducting periodic surveys with customers to discuss customer satisfaction with products and willing to take notes for improvement
•Discussing with customers to ask about their lack of demand and reassuring them to find best solutions as fast as we can.
•negotiate with customers about their suggestions to enhance orders and products
•Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
•Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies
•Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
•Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center customer service position.
•Proven working experience in call center.

•Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
•Reporting skills
•Base knowledge with computers and strong typing skills.
•Ability to ask open- end questions and diffuse tense situations.
•Strong time management and decision-making skills.
•Adaptability and accountability.
•Ability to follow up with the team and clients.
•Excellent command of the Arabic Language.
•Accuracy, Patience, attention to details, and deadlines.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center customer service position.
