Responsibilities
Representation and strategic planning
- Ensure TdH It representation in the area of activity in the local authorities partners and
other stakeholders including in coordination meetings, post- coordination with Program
Manager/ Deputy country Rep.
- Ensure harmonized representation of TdH It in the area of projects/activities: acting as
focal point for donor' relations at area level.
- Ensure that the programs developed are in line with Tdh It mandate and strategy.
- Ensure project and area planning, implementation and coordination.
- Supervise and draft monthly financial planning for the area of intervention in order to be
submitted to the Program Manager / Deputy country Rep.
- Ensure the implementation of the projects in the area of the activity according to the
log-frame and in coordination with the activities coordinators and the technical expert in
PSS and protection.
- Together with the program manager, organize weekly meetings with the local
coordinators and the technical expert in order to draft and readapt efficient biweekly
work-plans.
- Follow up the adherence to the working plans defined and adjust accordingly.
- Ensure a harmonized and efficient usage of the projects resources and assets.
- Set up an internal calendar of deadlines for activities and coordination.
- Support in harmonizing the approach among all the ongoing interventions, creating
common tools and encourage exchanges with the relevant staff of the projects.
- Monthly monitoring missions to the above-mentioned locations according to submitted
plans.
Administration:
- Ensure that donor and TdH It procedures, guidelines and rules are followed.
- Receiving the cash advances for project activities on weekly basis and submit it to the
Financial Officer for reconciliation and closure.
- Supervise that project documentation archive is kept in order and updated.
- Ensure that the staff respect administrative procedures.
- Ensure the budget expenditure according to the plan.
- Ensure that the logistics supply plan is followed.
Reporting:
- Develop a reporting schedule according to the deadlines agreed with the donor.
- Draft donor narrative reports and coordinate with the Finance Officer regarding the
financial reports, submit to Program Manager / Deputy country Rep.
- Set up internal deadlines for data collection according with the M & E (Monitoring
& Evaluation) tools
- Coordinate with the program manager and the other area coordinators (such PSS
Expert) for harmonization of reporting tools, their follow up and implementation and data
collection.
HR management:
- Guide and support the staff in the area of activity by providing on-the-job training and
advice and advocate for resources to be allocated to capacity building.
- Ensure a positive working environment and good team dynamics (conflict solving
attitude).
- Assist in recruitment process of field staff; ensure that recruitment procedures are
followed.
- Authorize leaves

Qualifications
BA in business administration, or other related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management / preferable in NGOs/INGOs field
of work
