- Provide technical support to project officer - Health in implementation of HEALTH projects
- Provide administrative support and facilitate implementing trainings in coordination with PO
- Implementing supervisory, supportive and monitoring visits to projects sites locations (Aleppo, Hama,Idleb, Homs) in coordination with PO .
- Provide support to PO in preparing financial payments and facilitate delivery of logistical support (Evaluation handing over, Pricing, support Logs and any needed duty) in coordination with PO
- Collect, record, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data from health projects
- Conduct supervision visits to the Medair supported health facilities including joint monitoring visits with DOH in coordination with the PO.
- Plan and facilitate training for health facilities staff in close coordination with the PO and DOH.
- Refer to the TA, HC and PO before making any commitment on behalf of Medair whether verbal or written.
- Maintain a transparent, honest and supportive communication structure with the DoH and Medair team and with communities.
- Support Initial assessment or RNA in potential location.
- Working in collaboration with the project officer to collate, clean and enter into ODK/databases/tables data for Programme activities.
- Implementing beneficiary data protection
- Assist the project officer in accurate and timely reporting of activities for internal and external reports (e.g. monthly, quarterly and final reports) as requested by DCO, HQ and donors
- Photocopying and scanning of all health documents and letters and managing an electronic filing system
- Assist in liaison functions e.g. local delivery of documents, follow-up of letters DOH or SARC
- Perform other related duties as required.

The successful candidate must be legally allowed to Work in Syria, need to be holder of fully valid passport for travel to Lebanon/Jordan for training if needed.

This is a position based in Aleppo, with frequent field visits (subject to staff safety procedures and movement approvals).

This position requires flexibility at times. Travel to Aleppo, Hama,Idleb & Homs will be required on a periodic basis

Working week is usually 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday 09:00- 05:00.
