Responsibilities
Manage the set-up and development of the project activities.
Ensure timely and accurate implementation of project activities, ensuring outcomes and outputs are reached as defined by logframes.
Provide problem solving solution and actions in the collaboration with the donor when needed.
Prepare regular activity-based work plans.
Conduct regular visits within Syria to oversee the project activities implementation and monitor progress towards achieving project outcomes and outputs.
Prepare concept notes and proposals to new projects.
Setting the M&E structure for the project and ensure monitoring plans are in place.
Prepare project budgets in coordination with the finance unit, and monitor the overall expenses to not exceed the proposed budget or adjust when needed.
Conduct an evaluation at the end of each project.
Facilitate any admin requirements to ensure continuity of operations.
Prepare data analysis and present results to CS management and donors.
Provide guidance and training related to the project to all field staff as needed.
Ensure timely quality reporting to donors in line with compliance regulations.
Act as a point of contact for all communications with the donor.
Perform any other tasks as required.


Qualifications
University Graduate.
At least 3 years of work experience in humanitarian programming.
Prior experience in supervising field staff and volunteers.
Ability to work affectively under pressure and in a fast-changing environment.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
Computer literacy including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Willingness and ability to work efficiently with a diverse group and from different backgrounds.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent reporting skills.
Fluent in both Arabic and English.
