Responsibilities
1.Works with the Marketing Manager to identify, analyze and interpret market conditions in existing and potential markets for the assigned brand(s), making recommendations as appropriate.
2.Evaluate the effectiveness of the Company’s sales and marketing programs. Makes recommendations for changes and improvements for future programs, to expand sales and profitability with assigned brand(s).
3.Assist the Marketing Manager in all assigned brand(s) marketing programs, to support overall corporate goals. Marketing programs include (but are not limited to) the following Public Relations, conventions, systems, promotions, marketing plans, etc.
4.Provides assistance to sales staff through the provision of research, creation/ modification of sales support and presentation materials, arranging/attending trade shows/conferences, and maintaining data on appropriate market conditions.
5.Utilize market information and perform necessary analysis review of the current marketing programs and recommend changes or improvements where necessary. Explore new ways to promote existing products and provide input on existing product modifications.
6.Works with the Marketing Manager on product development feasibility projects: assessing feasibility of proposed new products, researching correct market and competitor information, planning effective introduction to market, preparing new product sales support and presentation materials, etc.
7.Assisting both the Marketing Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing with other marketing projects and assignments as needed.

Qualifications
1.University Degree in Business Administration or related filed.
2.Minimum of 5-7 years experience in marketing domain.
