Responsibilities
• Lead research and development initiatives to support our e-payment ecosystem.
• Work closely with product specialist to design and develop new features and services.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the e-payment industry, including regulatory requirements and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with product team to ensure that new products and features are developed in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
• Support in the development and implementation phase of new product features or services.
• Conduct high-level requirement documents for new products/services and report them to the management.
• Work with the Communication Team to conduct focus groups in the light of market research to collect feedback from users to develop or launch products and services according to their requirements.

Qualifications
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any similar field
At least 3 years of work experience, with at least one year in the field of research work
Experience in quantitative and qualitative research.
