Responsibilities
- Research and collect info about the needs of the Syrian community and develop new ideas for non-profit programs and initiatives.
- Review the suggestions received from employees and external interested parties for non-profit programs and initiatives, evaluate, analyze and develop new ideas.
- Prepare drafted yearly roadmap of non-profit activities and send it to HOS for review.
- Cooperate with the concerned units to define the requirements of nonprofit activities and the implementation plan.
- Cooperate with the concerned units to implement nonprofit activities and follow up providing the requirements timely.
- Prepare reports about nonprofit activities and submit them to HOS.
- Evaluate the performance of non-profit programs, suggest actions to improve the performance and submit results to HOS.
- Develop partnerships with civil society groups.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor Degree is required, preferably in Business Administration.
Experience: At least one year relevant experience is required.
