Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and target Stakeholder's requirements.
• Design and develop high-quality training-related materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, training tools, assessments, and activities
• Conduct quality checks and review training materials to ensure they meet established standards, are error-free
• Perform assessment analysis for training and make necessary modifications
• Collaborate with trainers through meetings to gain a thorough understanding of their needs and provide support in developing training content

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, education, communication, or a related field
• Previous experience in instructional design, training content development, or a similar role is preferred
• Excellent writing, and editing, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging instructional content
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially (word, Power point)
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on details to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in training content deliverables
• Previous experience in instructional design, training content development, or a similar role is preferred
