Responsibilities
* Administrative Tasks:
- Ensure that all staff have valid contracts and job descriptions.
- Ensure that all HR files are complete and updated
- Manage documents archiving as a hard and soft.
- Support HR Officer in preparing documents for audit visits.
* HRM for Staff:
- Provide assistance to all staff, in all matters related to HR, to ensure HR services are delivered to clients.
- Monitor Employees attendance records, update time sheets, and follow up for absence and missing records.
- Keep a track of Staff leaves regardless different types of leaves, and follow up for supportive documents when needed.
- Assist in the recruitment process of new staff.
- Maintain HR records, including staff lists, staff files and leaves.
- Ensure compliance with local Labor law regulations on all staff matters.
- liaise with the Ministries of Labor and Finance, as requested.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in HRM, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (preferable with INGOs).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
