• Program Design and Development:
- Lead the design and development of education programs, incorporating both Non-Formal and Formal Education approaches to meet the diverse needs of the community, including marginalized and disabled students.
- Conduct assessments to identify educational gaps and needs, particularly focusing on accessibility and inclusivity for students with disabilities.
- Develop and implement strategies for the inclusion of children with disabilities in educational settings, ensuring adherence to principles of universal design for learning.
• Capacity Building and Advocacy:
- Build the capacity of education staff and teachers through training sessions on inclusive education practices, differentiation techniques, and the use of assistive technologies.
- Advocate for the rights and needs of students with disabilities within the education system, working closely with community leaders, education authorities, and partner organizations.
• Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting:
- Monitor the implementation of educational programs, ensuring they are effective, inclusive, and accessible to students with disabilities.
- Evaluate the impact of educational initiatives, using data to inform programmatic adjustments and enhance learning outcomes.
- Prepare detailed reports on program progress, challenges, and successes, including weekly updates and comprehensive monthly analyses for stakeholders.

- Education: Bachelor Degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field, with a focus on inclusive education practices.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar role with INGOs / At least 5 years of experience in related field with Local NGOs.
- Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
