Responsibilities
•Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing solutions.
•Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
•Staying up-to-date on the latest process, IT advancements and modernized systems.
•Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
•Performing requirements analysis.
•Documenting and communicating the results.
•Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
•Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams
•Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports (ex. SRS).
•Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
•Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
•Liaise between various business departments and groups
•Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in IT, business or related field or an MBA.
•Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business / Systems Analysis or a related field.
•Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business / Systems Analysis or a related field.
Specific Vacancy Requirements
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
•The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and technical writing skills especially Diagrams.
•Having testing experience is plus
•Excellent software development and documentation skills.
•Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
•Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
