-Developing and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential clients.
-Meeting clients' needs and guiding them regarding available car options and additional services.
-Following up on client inquiries and issues and resolving them efficiently and promptly.
-Providing consultations and advice on company services and special offers.
-Organizing and coordinating booking, delivery, and pickup operations efficiently.
-Providing regular reports on client performance and feedback

Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the car rental industry.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
-Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a dynamic work environment.
-Good understanding of computer basics and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
-Commitment to achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer experience.
