Project delivery, management, coordination and quality assurance
- Carry out continuous needs assessment in the all identified areas
- Collection of Education data
- Check key program indicators
- Analyse data collected
- Supervise and ensure good-quality work done by contractors or staff under his/her supervision
- Carry out programs monitoring and evaluation (M - E) on regular bases
- Develop, invent and identify new methods and activities that ensure community received correct education services
- Design project activities and prepare activity chronograms in coordination with Education Program Manager
- Follow the implementation of the activities and adapt the project schedule
- Ensure that all required tools, guidelines, work standards and templates provided by the Education Program Manager are correctly filled and used for the project implementation and suggest improvement
- Fill in all project documents properly and timely
- Monitor the projects indicators in coordination with Education Program Manager
- Ensure a proper coordination and communication with all relevant local authorities (line Ministries- municipalities) and partners (SARC, UN Agencies) in the field
- Evaluate project activities, promote and share ideas for improvement and necessary changes in the activities
- Take a proactive stance to identify areas requiring intervention.
Management of the logistical aspects of the project:
- Follow up the procurements related to project activity, prepare purchase requests, anticipate the purchases in coordination with program and logistic team
- Forecast and plan Education stocks required for the project
- Follow up requests and deliveries of materials, tools and equipment required for Education activities.
Reporting
- Report on the project activities in a daily basis
- Ensure timely submission of follow up reports to the concerned person and ensure the accuracy and the timeliness of the reporting
- Participate to the reporting of project activities (to donors, local authorities - partners)

- A university degree in education, humanities or a related field., or an intermediate institute certificate or the equivalent of four years of experience in the volunteer field in the absence of a university degree.
- 2 years of experience working with non-governmental or international organizations/associations in Education/protection and CASH.
- Experience in the use of computers and Microsoft programs (Word - Excel)
- Good level of English speaking.
- Good reporting skills.

- Stay updated on different sector priorities, funding trends, needs of populations in different areas, IDPs movements, severity scales.
- Attend sector meetings and replace Program Manager in other representation meetings as requested.
- Deputize the Program Manager in any task/tasks upon request, or during his absence or leave.
