Responsibilities
Job Summary :
Ensure and manage all site acquisition activities to acquire the needed locations for network sites, power equipment, CSCs, warehouses and all MTN premises, Besides monitor. Control and release all area rent payments.
Responsibilities :
Daily follow up on projects progress.
Respond to urgent and VIP requests.
Check and approve on all area payment orders ( according to yearly maturity ) and all related expenses, and comply with company/division policy and procedures.
Manage the negotiation process with private and governmental parties.
Solve all complex problems related to the company premises/sites.
Manage the area rents Vs. approved budget.Monitor,
control and verify all the data provided by financial control unit to ensure that maturity report is accurate and submitted on time.
Provide line mangement with needed reports.
Follow up on all legal warnings with concerned parties till closing them properly.

Qualifications
Education Standard : Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Civil Engineering .
Experience Standard: Minimum 5 Years of experience , 2 years of this experience in supervising / managing others.
Languages Skills : Fluent in English .
