Responsibilities
- Digitize research tools using KOBO toolbox or any other platform as needed
- Support field work through site visits, Key informants’ interviews, or focus group discussions.
- Enumerators management and support services.
- Support in data entry activities as needed
- Train field team on tools and data collection
- Support in data entry activities as needed
- Carry out data cleansing activities
- Perform quality control activities
- Manage Field work logistics
- Analysis and reporting of the research data using Excel, Power BI, and any other tools.
- Prepare monthly activity reports
- Provide feedback on the process and ways to enhance it

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in a development or humanitarian context
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
- Experience in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation plans and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations.
- English skills: Fluent in English
- At least 2 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in a development or humanitarian context
