- Monthly prepare the project spending plan in coordination with the Project Coordinator
- Periodically update the project budget in coordination with Project Coordinator and Finance Manager.
-Budget control, plan project expenses and verify compliance with the monthly plan.
-Register all transactions on the financial system and ensure that all transactions are carried out according to SOS standards.
- Prepare bank and cash reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Prepare all needed financial documents for the external auditing missions.
-Support the project Coordinator in providing relevant financial information to specific deadlines as requested by donor
-Financial project phasing out and participating with the Project Coordinator and Finance Manager to finalize the final financial report.
-Prepare financial reports and BVAs reports related to the project - Collection of supporting documents related to the project
- Budget tracking of the project expenses in accordance with approved budget • Prepare donor financial requirements.
-Financial advances clearance attached with supporting documents and classified according to NAV chart of accounts.
-Compliance with financial deadline for the accounting and reports
-Internal control in accordance with Project Coordinator and Finance Manager
-Participate in the cash distribution based on the needs
-Child protection is everyone's responsibility
-Responsible within own area of work to prevent and protect children of all forms of abuse, abandonment, exploitation, violence and discrimination based on SOS Child Protection Policy principles
-Responsible for reporting any CS suspicion, concern, allegation or incident immediately following Child Safeguarding reporting procedures.

- University degree in Finance or Accountancy qualifications
- 3 years experience related to financial and administrative.
