Responsibilities
- Site reception.
- Conduct the necessary assessment and generate an accurate BOQ that reflects and serves the project objective.
- High knowledge of the humanitarian needs in Syria and how to be reflected them in our assessment and implementation.
- Drafts the tendering documents and tender evaluation.
- Ensure that the project activities are carried out according to the planned activities and ascertain the accuracy of the qualities and the quantities of the BOQ that are being used.
- Ensure that all materials used and works performed are in accordance with the specifications indicated in the BOQ in the contract document.
- Review and agree on the quantity, quality, and cost of the materials mentioned in the BOQ which are used by the Contractor.
- Ensure that the work is in timely progress in order to meet agreed deadlines.
- Site Handing over (Temporary & Final).
- Oversee quality control, health, and safety matters of workers on the project site.
- Resolve any unforeseen technical difficulties and other problems that may arise in the process of the work and report to the management.
- Reporting, she/he to issue weekly and monthly reports. The final report is also required, and it should include the narrative, drawings, and pictures before and after finishing all project activities.
- Coordination and liaison with local authorities.

Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in engineering projects with INGOs/NGOs
- Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and GIS is a plus.
- Project Experience: Background in bakery infrastructure, WASH, and public facilities.
- Other: Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills; knowledge of SPHERE standards.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in engineering projects with INGOs/NGOs
- Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and GIS is a plus.
