Responsibilities
The Reintegration Program Implementer is key in delivering donor-approved reintegration support to returnees. The primary focus of this position is on executing purchases according to each beneficiary’s business plan, ensuring proper documentation and invoicing, and coordinating closely with returnees to schedule and deliver the in-kind support. The role requires strong organizational, procurement, and communication skills.
• Implement reintegration support through procurement of goods and services based on donor-approved business plans.
• Coordinate with local suppliers to obtain quotations, process purchase requests, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Verify and cross-check invoices, delivery notes, and related financial documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance before submission to the finance team.
• Ensure all procurement and implementation activities are in line with internal policies and donor requirements.
• Schedule meetings with returnees to confirm needs, explain the support process, and coordinate delivery of in-kind assistance.
• Oversee delivery and handover of goods to beneficiaries, ensuring they sign receipts and provide necessary documentation.
• Maintain complete and well-organized case files with all procurement and beneficiary-related documents, including photos.
• Assist in tracking delivery timelines and flagging any issues or delays in implementation.
• Support post-delivery follow-up and monitoring of usage where needed.
• Contribute to reports, data collection, and success stories for the program team.
• Ensure timely entry of delivery updates and progress in relevant tracking systems or databases.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Managing Directorate, in alignment with the NRP objectives.


Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (or diploma with relevant experience) in Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or case implementation, preferably within the NGO or humanitarian sector.
• Proven knowledge of procurement policies, vendor management, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with returnees, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and digital documentation systems.
• High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Arabic, with working proficiency in English (spoken and written).


Specific Vacancy Requirements
Frequent travel may be required within Damascus or nearby governorates based on case implementation needs.
