• Review the current website and its features to understand existing user flows and functionalities
• Create detailed and structured user stories, including acceptance criteria, based on existing
functionalities or proposed improvements
• Use ChatGPT to assist in generating, refining, or validating user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and testers to clarify requirements
• Maintain and update a user story backlog using tools like Jira, Trello, or Notion
• Suggest usability improvements or identify missing user journeys during story creation
• Follow agile/scrum methodologies and participate in team rituals as needed (e.g., planning, grooming
sessions)
