Responsibilities
•Responsible to install, maintain and troubleshoot all databases and software in FMFB-S mainly the Core Banking System and all related DB and software.
•Perform the day today and periodic tasks of database management and backups.
•Manage database user accounts, granting or denying permissions per system policies.
•Provide the needed data to all departments and the Central Bank upon request.
•Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for databases and insure of its integrity and high availability and coordinate with authorized vendors if needed.
•Perform needed tests for any requested changes on the database and the core banking applications and apply it after required confirmations and approvals.
•Deploy and maintain Linux-based systems, ensuring efficiency in system updates and security patches.
•Perform programming tasks in PHP and Python to support automation and system enhancement needs.
•Responsible to train end users to use banking features according IT policy.

Qualifications
•At least (3) years’ experience in IT or any relevant field.
•Time management skills and multitasking.
•Coordination, Communication, Customer Service, IT Security knowledge.
•Experience in Linux system deployment, Postman API testing, SSL certificate management, and PHP/Python programming.
•Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
•Solid understanding of IT security principles.
•Ability to identify, analyze, and solve IT & IS-related problems efficiently.
•Knowledge in MySQL, Mongo databases.
•Proficiency in spoken and written in English.
•Flexibility, Integrity, Enthusiasm towards work, Confidentiality, Ability to detect problems and anomalies.
•The ability to work under pressure.
•The applicant must be a resident of the governorate that will be employed.
•The applicant must have Syrian Arab Nationality.
•Time management skills and multitasking.
