Responsibilities
•Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
•Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and user systems.
•Supervise and lead the IT team, including system administrators, support specialists, and developers.
•Ensure the security of IT systems and implement policies to protect data and infrastructure from internal and external threats.
•Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and applications.
•Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or improvements as needed.
•Ensure data backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies are in place and regularly tested.
•Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, procurement, and licensing.
•Provide technical support and guidance to departments and executive leadership.
•Ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws, IT standards, and cybersecurity regulations.
•Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
•Professional certifications such as:
o CompTIA Network+ / Security+
o Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect
o Cisco CCNA / CCNP
o ITIL Foundation
o Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (preferred for security-focused roles)
