Responsibilities
Key relationships:
Projects Departments, Advocacy Department, IMU/MEAL Department, and Grants Department
Purpose of Assignment:
The Senior Medical Education Officer is responsible for Supervising and participating in the technical and programmatic implementation of medical education projects according to the Medical Education Department's plan, with high quality, and assessing the needs of educational programs.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Technical and programmatic follow-up of medical education projects and all related activities, ensuring their alignment with the strategic and operational plan.
Participate in implementing medical education activities according to the department’s plan and under the supervision of the department director.
Ongoing coordination with the director of the medical education department, keeping him informed of the situation at all stages (planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, lessons learned, and feedback).
Participate in developing medical education proposals (logical framework, needs assessment, resources, and action plan) and provide the necessary technical suggestions.
Provide the necessary recommendations to address any technical or programmatic issues in medical education projects.
Participate in the development of educational plans, standards, and quality assurance in medical education projects, and provide the necessary guidance in this regard.
Meet periodically with the work team and report to the direct manager.
Prepare periodic reports on the progress of the medical education projects supervised and submitted to the direct manager.
Assess the need for capacity building for the team supervised.
Evaluate the work of the team supervised.
Continuously monitor educational activities progress and identify strengths and gaps to ensure quality.
Attending periodic grant meetings for medical education projects.
Other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Promote and model a positive, professional, and respectful office culture.
Ensure effective internal communications.
Lead by example with personal qualities such as respect and understanding

THE CANDIDATE'S REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Qualifications required:
Bachelors degree preferably Medical.
4 years experience in Project management in NGO Sector
Languages:
Fluent written and spoken in Arabic
Advanced written and spoken English
Competencies:
