Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role located in Damascus for a Group Account Director. The Group Account Director will oversee a portfolio of clients, develop strategic plans, and ensure the successful execution of campaigns. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and presenting reports and recommendations. The role requires maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities to expand client partnerships.
Qualifications
Strong client management and relationship-building skills
Experience in developing strategic plans and overseeing campaign execution
Minimal Experience of 5 Years in the field of Marketing & Advertising
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Proficiency in marketing, digital solutions, and public relations
Ability to work on-site in Damascus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
