•Prepare investment materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, financial overviews
•Manage and update the virtual data room (VDR) for due diligence
•Analyze internal data and translate it into clean, actionable reports
•Support the CEO in preparing board presentations and investor updates
•Research market trends, benchmarks, and strategic opportunities
•Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and insights

Qualifications
•2–4 years of experience in consulting, VC/PE, investment banking, financial services, stock-trading firms, or high-growth startups

•Excellent PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Sheets skills
•Fluent in English
•Curious, reliable, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines
