Responsibilities
-Manage petty cash and clear cash advances upon request.
-Verify finance documents on daily basis, checking (vouchers, contracts, tender documents, etc.)
-Review transactions and inputs in UNIT 4, ensuring accurate allocation to projects and budget lines.
-Cash Box counting according to FCA Financial Management Guideline;
-Proceed Transfer payments when needed and follow up on them;
-Ensure all bank accounts statements are reconciled;
-Conduct regular cash reconciliations;
-Prepare and analyze financial reports and BFUs
-Collaborate with program managers, project coordinators, and budget owners to develop budget forecasts and monitor budget performance.
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information sharing.
-Any other tasks assigned by the manager in same regards as of the above tasks.

Qualifications
-Minimum three years of relevant work experience in accounting and/or audit field.
-Two years of relevant experience with non-governmental organizations is preferable
-Previous experience in Auditing is a plus.
-Good Microsoft Office skills- Advanced Excel

Education: (include certificates, licenses etc.)
-Relevant university degree (Finance, Accountancy)

Languages:
-Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English
