Responsibilities
Objective 1: Action Against Hunger Office cleanliness, neat and services.
- Ensure to following the cleaning practice as per the cleaning schedule and the steps and how to clean
- Ensure the cleaning materials are available in the office, report of any missing items
- Ensure the personal protective equipment materials are available at the office rooms where required.
- Perform on daily basis the cleaning and disinfecting for the surfaces.
- Support Hama office in guests' hospitality and any other task requested by the supervisor.
- Ensure to arrange the training catering when required.
- Ensure the meeting rooms is cleaned and well set up before any meeting.
- Ensure that all floors and bathrooms have the cleaning materials and sanitizers items needed.
- Ensure that all floors in Action Against Hunger Office has the required personal protective equipment materials (sanitizers, masks, gloves)
- Ensure that mask and gloves are put on all the time during the cleaning works.
- Ensure to plan and identify clearly a bin for collecting the wasted personal protective equipment.

- Adhere to the terms of the Action Against Hunger International Code of Conduct and associated policies, including understanding and following protocols in relation to safeguarding (children and vulnerable adults), and protection from sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA).”

Qualifications
- Customer service / Cleanliness / Neat
- 2 years minimum experience working in a similar position.
- Humanitarian sector knowledge: Humanitarian Principles
- Organization knowledge: Code of Conduct / Principles
- Training: First Aid Training (Arabic)
- Languages: Arabic – English (is preferable)

Salary and Benefits
Contract period: 6 months renewable base on Action Against Hunger fund and performance
Salary/benefits: According to Action Against Hunger's salary scale and terms and conditions.
Duty station: Hama.
