Responsibilities
1. Design and manage the airline’s frequent flyer program, including tier levels, accrual/redemption policies, and elite benefits.
2. Optimize program performance using KPIs such as redemption rate, breakage, and member engagement.
3. Establish and maintain commercial partnerships with banks, hotels, retailers, and airline alliances to enhance member benefits and drive incremental revenue.
4. Conduct market analysis to track competitor loyalty programs and implement improvements based on global best practices.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, IT, finance, and customer service) to ensure seamless loyalty program execution and member experience.
6. Oversee loyalty platforms and digital tools (e.g., Amadeus Loyalty, Loylogic, Points.com).
7. Manage program budgets, prepare financial forecasts, and assess return on investment.
8. Lead and develop a small team to achieve program goals.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA, Strategic Management, CRM, or Marketing Analytics) is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in loyalty program management, customer retention, or marketing, preferably in the airline, hospitality, or travel industry.
• Proven success in managing FFPs or co-branded loyalty programs.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL).
• Familiarity with airline industry systems, GDS, and loyalty technologies.
• Master’s degree (MBA, Strategic Management, CRM, or Marketing Analytics) is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in loyalty program management, customer retention, or marketing, preferably in the airline, hospitality, or travel industry.
• Proven success in managing FFPs or co-branded loyalty programs.
