Responsibilities
1.Participate in determining annual sales target in coordination with Marketing Department.
2.Ensure the proper implementing of the monthly visit plan and ensure achieving the monthly sales target.
3.Participate in Syriatel products and services’ development and improvement regarding market in coordination with the concerned departments.
4.Review all reported cases by Retail sales team related to (fraud cases/ complaints/ suggestions/ competitors’ branding status and activities) and provide the needed recommendations accordingly.
5.Monitor & control SIM’s stock in market within the regions in coordination with Sales Support Unit.
6.Conduct periodical field visits to Syriatel Sales channels to ensure that the quality of service is excellent.
7.Cascade Corporate Objectives into Unit Objectives and ensure proper alignment.
8.Set, develop Unit KPIs and update when needed.
9.Lead, develop and motivate team members to reach ultimate performance, and successfully contribute in achieving Corporate, Department, and Unit Objectives.
10.Develop & maintain Syriatel Quality Management System effectively & efficiently.
11.Conduct Staff Meeting with team members in all regions minimum twice a year to reinforce Corporate Culture and Values and discuss team related issues and concerns.
12.Interview candidates and provide recommendations to direct line of authority.
13.Manage efficient and effective allocation and utilization of resources (financial, human, physical, IT …. etc.) within the Unit consistent with goals, priorities and budget.
14.Review & approve the Unit’s yearly budget as per the Company's Goals and Corporate Objectives.
Approve & manage issues related to the Job’s Administrative Authority and as per related policy.
Approve and sign all financial commitment issues related to scope of work in terms of:
• Contracts
• Purchase Orders
• Expenses
• Infrastructure Requests and commencement Orders

Qualifications
1.Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Administration is required.
• MBA or equivalent is required.
2.Experience: 10 Years of Sales experience including 5 Years leadership experience are required.
3.Professional Certification: N/A
