Responsibilities
1.Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the Group IT strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
- Define IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
2.IT Infrastructure & Operations:
- Oversee network, systems, and data center management across all factories and business units.
- Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of IT services.
- Supervise system integration projects across subsidiaries.
3.Cybersecurity & Risk Management:
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor and mitigate IT risks, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
4. Business Applications & ERP Systems:
- Lead implementation and optimization of ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure applications support business processes effectively.
5.Team Leadership & Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing IT team across the group.
- Provide training and development to enhance technical and leadership capabilities.
6.Budgeting & Vendor Management:
- Manage IT budgets, control costs, and optimize IT investments.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of IT management experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing companies.
- Proven track record in ERP implementation, digital transformation, and large-scale IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and network infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Minimum 10 years of IT management experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing companies.
