Responsibilities
Scope of Work
To provide comprehensive and integrated care for the volunteers of the Syrian Red Crescent through individual therapy sessions, group support, and training on coping with psychological pressures, utilizing remote (online) therapy or face-to-face therapy based on the availability of conditions and resources.
Key functions and responsibilities
• Supportive Educational Psychosocial Support and Communication in Everyday interaction
• Receive cases(Vo,unteers and staaf) and provide required support via phone calls in a timely manner and hold high quality.
• Apply psychosocial support educational and evidence-based modality with handled cases.
• Handel emergency and urgent received case (suicidal and sever violence cases).
• Helping Vulonteers via phone call services to help themselves so they can regain control of the situation, access practical support and manage their problems better.
• Maintain regular / daily update for case files and reports
• Ensure cases that received required services
• Maintain confidentiality and follow MHGAP procedures and GBV procedures for breaking confidentiality (when needed only).

Qualifications
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree (, Psychologist)
• 5 years of experience in clinical work
• Willing to be contacted ad hoc if need be.
• Willing to be supervised
• Preferably trained on MHGAP, Psychological first aid.
• Advocate for gender equity and equality and GBV prevention.
• Professional level in both Arabic language skills.
• Excellent reporting and formal writing skills in Arabic.
• Excellent in using computer and internet.
• Ability to start working immediately.
