Responsibilities
Managing official transactions, licenses, and regulatory requirements with governmental authorities and ministries. The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact with governmental bodies, ensuring timely compliance and accurate handling of administrative matters.
• Handle and follow up on all company-related procedures and transactions with governmental authorities, ministries, and relevant institutions.
• Renew official licenses and coordinate with related entities to ensure ongoing legal compliance.
• Submit and track applications with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor and other official bodies.
• Draft and prepare official letters and correspondences addressed to governmental offices in a precise administrative style.
• Maintain schedules for follow-ups and monitor the expiration dates of licenses and official documents.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in government relations or managing official transactions.
• Solid knowledge of Syrian laws, administrative procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with governmental authorities.
• Proven ability to draft and format formal correspondences.
