Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with Lebanese regulations, maintaining strong relationships with government authorities, and supporting the company in handling all official matters smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up on all company-related transactions with Lebanese government entities (e.g., Ministry of Labor, Directorate General of General Security, Ministry of Transport, Civil Aviation, and other authorities).
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, visas, and work/residency permits for employees.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with relevant governmental and regulatory bodies.
- Stay up to date with changes in laws, regulations, and procedures relevant to the company’s operations.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to the management.
- Coordinate with the company’s legal advisors and internal departments to ensure compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in government relations or legal affairs in Lebanon.
- Strong knowledge of Lebanese laws, labor regulations, and government procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong networks.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in government relations or legal affairs in Lebanon.
- Strong knowledge of Lebanese laws, labor regulations, and government procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong networks.
