Responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance department and ensure the efficiency, reliability, and safety of all equipment and production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for machinery and facilities.
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring high performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with production and quality departments to support smooth operations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of maintenance experience, preferably in the aluminum or metal industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
